Rice cooker ribs AND rice cooker curry. I’m taking a humble rice cooker and doing WONDROUS things with it. In this episode of …
Can you use it with any rice cooker without all these functions? We have one that has the porridge, brown, white and gaba rice cooking function. Can’t imagine buying another rice cooker, albeit this Panasonic one seems to have more functionality.
Does this have a stainless steel inner pot which can be purchased separately?
If you make a curry in the rice cooker where do you cook the rice??? LOL I am getting one of those rice cookers.
I also bought that rice cooker just to do the onepot honey soy chicken and I love the machine. More recipes please maybe Kabuli Pilau – Afghanistani Rice with Mutton
rice cookers generally heat based on the weight of ingredients, so how do the spices set off the heating?
Can you write all the ingredients?
Made the curry tonight in the machine. Amazing!
My friend's mom used to cook ribs in the rice cooker too but hers is just a regular one. She has to constantly press the cook button to cook the ribs.
I love how you've brainwashed Dax with your Marionisms 😂
Hi Marion!
Can you do a video on onigiri please?
Omg Marion I have the same one for years!!!!!
mine does not have the slow cooker option as I have a separate slow cooker. I often think that if you use a rice cooker for a main dish but then want rice, I cannot do both at once. Maybe i need to buy one like this and keep my Tefal 10 in 1 and lose my old slow cooker. Looks like this slow cook cooks in 1 or 2 hours and not needing 8hrs
looks yummy all of your recipes using a rice cooker, it is so fun to see your reactions.🙂
I bought this rice cooker after watching your first test vid with (the microwave) 🤣
Glad you’re testing it out and sharing these recipes as the Cook book that came with the Rice Cooker had very little in it and uninspiring
Thx again Marion you’re a treasure 🇦🇺🥰😋
So I ordered a Panasonic rice cooker last year after watching one of Marion's videos. However, the rice cooker was out of stock, so I forgot all about it.
Fast forward to last week and a rice cooker turns up on my doorstep (finally!) and there I am going, "what on earth am I going to do with this now??"
And this week… Marion pops up with another rice cooker series!
Made your fluffy pudding last night ….it came out perfect and everyone loved it…more rice cooker recipes please😊
would these recipes work in a rice cooker only? I don't have a multi-function rice cooker. Thanks!
I'm limited to an air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker and microwave where I live which has been a bit of an interesting test to say the least lol. I'd have to say the weirdest meal I cook in my el cheapo rice cooker is a set & forget style 'fried' rice lol. I pre fry the onion, pork/bacon & eggs (Char Siu the meat) in the air fryer & throw all the usual ingredients in with the normal rice cooking cycle except the eggs, peas, spring onions & bean shoots (don't mix, just throw them in). When it's done add the extras and mix everything through with a good lash of sesame oil, leave it on the warm setting for 15 min. Not quite fried rice but it's super easy & tastes surprisingly quite similar lol. I really enjoyed this vid, there are honestly so many things you can cook in a rice cooker, even a ghetto one like mine lol.
Hello Marion, want to buy a rice cooker such as yours (Panasonic). I hesitate between the 5 cups and the 10 cups. I do cook large batches of spaghetti sauce and wanna try indian cooking pork, lamb and beef. Which one you would suggest ? Thanks for your reply. Love, love your show. Evy from 🇨🇦
Make it wednesday? :(((
You are a winner Marion…
Omg!!!😮I'm buying a rice cooker and following your recipes!!!😋
I wonder if the same can be accomplished using my 20 year old Tiger rice cooker… has a "cook" and a "keep warm" setting, that's it…
Would you mind making a video on how to make a vegetarian/pescatarian curry laksa? I've seen your other videos on laksa and it looks so delicious but the people I cook for don't eat meat or shrimp so most of that flavor is not something I know how to replace without giving the dish it's full potential.
a bread maker? I take it you need to do all the things before baking…like kneading lol
