Looks delish, will try soon! Can I ask about your wok? I'm struggling to find a good wok. I have tried 2, both nonstick. Although I don't use metal utensils, the nonstick coating peeled on both. I have a lot of Le Creuset, so used to cooking with enameled cast iron, but they're so heavy! Is yours carbon steel? I hate tossing out pans, they aren't recyclable and such a waste. Thank you!
