Dante, looks like all the removable parts are easily cleaned. What about the heating element? I've had several air fryers and they don't allow easy access to the fan and heating element for cleaning.

The non-stick coating in my previous air fryer was leeching into the food, tiny pieces of the coating were flaking off the pan, I never used abrasive scrubs or even detergent to clean it, only hot water and paper towel. I'm unsure about non-stick pans.

Hi, Ive been watching several of your videos and searched on your playlists. But could you or anyone of your followers guide to a /what is the lions diet/.. which as you have said is a stricter form of carnivore *or at least that's how I understood it. But stilll I don't understand the difference about carnivore vs lion…. thanks! and continue going after it!

Long time no see, I see that you have copied the idea and have made a product, I would like to have one of those to have the meat to the point and that is easy to clean besides being able to forget about while cooking. Greetings and keep up the good work.
Sorry if the English is not very good but it is translated with translator.

Hey Dante, tonight I made a farmer's concoction 1 part diced pork belly, 3 parts ground lamb and 5 parts hamburger. Toss into a cast iron skillet along with heaping tbs. of homemade beef tallow. Yum! Next thing you know, my wife's fork made its way numerous times onto my plate. I have also added the concoction to some beef broth and made a Poor Man's Soup. Nice change from eating steak and it's super tender. I have also chopped up some tri-tip steak to replace the hamburger. Starting to think that I like the chopped up steak better than a whole piece. Time will tell. Cheers mate!

10:20 That's the thing that I can't get past — all that fat! I don't have a problem with fat per se. I just can't stand the texture. I'm always amazed when I see people chowing down on that stuff. I've avoided it like the plague my whole life. Just watching someone eat it makes my gag reflex start engaging. I wish I didn't have this aversion, but I do. 😝 It's why I've never been able to go carnivore. BTW, I can eat butter by itself. No problem. But the fat from meat? Ick.

you're worried about natural flavors in meat.. but Teflon strongly correlates with alzheimer's and dementia. Consider switching. Do research, of course.

Nice. If they need another product tester send them my way lol. That's looked a lot better than an air fried steak, or at least my air fried steaks lol. We're both sides crispy? That's the problem with my air fryer if I don't flip it half way through.

I have too much add and only scrub the air fryer one a month. I usually just drain the fat while it’s hot. All the seasoning and char makes it hard to touch the a meat to touch the non stick poison🤗

You an I almost certainly have the same opinion of supplements (I only take K2, D2, iodine and magnesium water) but (following on your from iodine/testosterone vid) I was wondering if you have considered selenium supplementation? I've been looking into this and selenium and iodine work in synergy in the T4/T3 axis. I am considering supplementing – the only really high selenium carnivore food is kidney, which I won't eat because it smells of piss.

While your T levels are obviously healthy now, I was wondering if you would be interested in supplementing for a short time then retesting your T levels to see if it has had a positive impact? zinc is another one. While I had not have T issues myself (everything "works"), I am trying to be as healthy as possible and I have started eating oysters everyday for zinc (something I understand you wouldn't do due to fish allergy). We will be getting a fair amount of zinc from red meat but I have heard another carnivore (Harry Serpanos) mention he noticed his hair started growing faster when he was eating fresh oysters during oyster season in Tasmania and put it down to the zinc. Just a thought.

    What say you ̶L̶o̶u̶ Dante?
