in the creation we often find the nutrient content of foods directly beneath the peel. Due to this i am now reluctant to ….peel…..how ever,in the past when i was a peeler,i noticed that peeled carrots were sweeter,and less bitter, and it was noticable in many dishes.

This looks very appetizing and easy to assemble, I'll give it try as the colder weather approaches. I would love to see you make a homemade pea soup, preferably without ham or bacon. If you're looking for suggestions, I have a great recipe called Potage St. Germain, which is a French version of pea soup with a smooth and creamy consistency. I set aside a cup of frozen peas to add to it in the last 5 minutes for extra texture
