    Swap out fat free cottage cheese for the 2% and add in a piece of fruit and a few almonds for more satiety.

    Use bread with 2-3gr fiber per slice like Walmart store brand whole wheat, instead of fiberless cheap white bread. We need 30-40 grams fiber day.

    Use some canned black beans for some quick fiber.

    A game changer for me was psyllium husk and greens powder. You wouldn't think it makes a difference but it does. I got to mixing them with kefir every morning. If you're good with dairy It's a great probiotic. I find the cocktail helps with digestion, gut health, mood, and energy levels. It's wild how much such a little thing can help.
