    I thought I would give this a try but she lost me at tahini. I'm a traditionalist when it comes to potato salad and I don't eat that stuff in the plastic tubs.

    Ooooh this reminds me of my current favorite potato salad recipe (from Nikki Vegan, several years ago), but with a few key differences! I can’t wait to try this one out! I love that you put jalapeños in it! I love spicy, but I never would have thought of that on my own.

    Just made the sauce, will be cooking the potatoes and serving this tomorrow with some portobello mushroom burgers for Father’s Day! Tasted the sauce, yum!! I used some dill brine and dill relish. I’m so glad to have found your channel today, and look forward to browsing your recipes!

    I love this recipe! I had all the ingredients on hand except for the jalapeno and dill. I have a baby mouth anyway so no big deal on the jalapeno. But I also had a bunch of cilantro I needed to use. It turned out to be a great swap along with a little sprinkle of some chipotle seasoning that I had. I can definitely see remixing this in a few other ways, but I’m excited to try it as written the next time I have fresh dill. The tahini yogurt base is fantastic. I used Forager cashew yogurt and it was fantastic.
