I was hesitant to buy an IP since I sucked at cooking and really didn't enjoy it. I bought into all the hype and I'm glad I did.
Being able to cook meat that comes out tender juicy and shreddable instead of rubbery, make small cheesecakes in an hour(plus cooling time), hard boiled eggs that aren't a disaster(did I mention I sucked at cooking?) has been a game changer.
Great video, my feelings the same about the Instant Pot! I had mixed feelings about a Crock Pot too but I'm so glad I went with this instead! So multifunctional and versatile to make so many recipes, it's just endless! I love adapting classics to the Instant Pot, and lately I've had lots of fun testing that on Indian recipes. 100% recommend!
