For pasta with tomato or vodka sauce, another thing I do to ensure I can taste the subtle flavors better, I serve it slightly warm temperature as opposed to hot. Americans tend to eat food still hot right out of the oven and they eat way too fast. If you travel, many cultures they will sit for hours having conversations and take there time eating/enjoying the meal.

After watching this video several times and studying the recipe pdf precisely, I tried out to cook this today. It was literally the 2nd dish I ever cooked in my entire life and I was nervous whether I would totally ruin it or not haha. But luckily everything worked out fine and it tasted outstandingly good. Wow leftover pasta is amazing to me, sometimes better than fresh. It seems like the noodles soak up the sauce and the flavors become really enhanced.

Great recipe but I drank the rest of the vodka and threw up. My girlfriend then caught our dog eating it out of the toilet because I forgot to flush. So I guess our dog thinks the dish is best served in huge porcelain bowl 🤣😂🤣
