    I was trying to copy your pancake recipe but couldn’t hear how much oat flour or was it just oats ? Did it have any milk in ? It’s just they looked really tasty so worth having a go. I keep hearing about a sweet omelette is that the same thing ?
    Also could I ask when you show us the packaging could you just aim the camera so we can see the calories on it, I’m CC but love your vlogs but don’t know anything about syns etc (sorry to be a pain ) Thank you for sharing.

    Good few days Julie, I went to WI Tuesday didn't go last week but still stuck to plan and I gained 1/2lb I was gutted I am going to pay for 6 more weeks and if I am getting no where i will give up, go back to CC mind you i did do a gammon joint on Sunday & Monday and boy was it salty so I could have retained the salt don't know will see how I go next week xx
