Jeff, Thanks! I like a CRISP chocolate chip cookie. I’m definitely going to have to try this. My favorite were some huge ones that I used to buy from Giant Food stores in Virgina ages ago. Besides being big, they were perfectly round and had pulverized chips and nuts in them. YUMM! If I like the texture, next time, I’m gonna pulverize the chips and nuts to see if they’ll come out similar. Wonder what’s different that makes a cookie either soft or crisp? Really enjoy your meals and enthusiastic demonstrations! Linda

Definitely need the best chocolate chip cookie after I "flipped it over", "creamed the butter", and used the rubber paddle to scooper anything the comes on the edges".
Tip: pick up your parchment paper with the cookies on it, then place on cooling rack. It reduces the time the cookies are on the hot pan 👍😊plus it saves you time.

BTW you may want to look at your mixer head to make sure the attachments aren't too low. The head was shaking a bit. You can adjust based on the dime test.
Great video Jeff! I have used pure maple for over a year due to developing a vanilla allergy. I use it in all baked goods. Similar flavor profile 😊 I love your IP and non IP videos.
