I just made this recipe and it turned out Amazing! I have tried so many focaccia recipes even from Italian people and even tho they were all mostly good, this one is a complete different level of deliciousness! I made 2 and added cherry tomatoes, olives and sprinkled dry oregano to the second one ! This recipe is a winner! Thanks.

Thank you for posting this beautiful, easy to put together recipe. My first attempt following the recipe came out perfect. My second attempt I added some crushed olives to the dough and a little rosemary and salt over the top, it was amazing. Third attempt, I made one plain and one with olives and topped with some thinly sliced roasted red peppers in oil that I had a jar of in the pantry and some garlic, it was delicious.
Thanks again for this inspiring recipe, everyone loves it in my house and I’m sure I’ll be making many more.

I have tried many different videos at this point and NONE of them work…make life easy and just buy some. I follow instructions and measurements to a T yet nothing works. So I've given up…it's simply not worth the effort and with so many good breads out there already made.

Very disappointed in your recipe as your oven temps are nuts and I burnt a full pan of bread. 530 Far is nuts. I wish you guys would get your temps and mixes right. After looking around It seems the common oven temp is 425 and not 530

Thanks so much! for this recipe, wildflowers! I just made it today and turned out delicious!! May I know if I can reduce the size of the bread by reducing the flour to 400g and water to 320ml?

Thank you so much for your recipe. I have been wanting to make some focaccia at home but I'm too lazy to wait for the dough to rest overnight. I followed your recipe and it turned out delicious! I used a bread flour with 12g of protein. I followed your video throughout the steps and only noticed that, when it was time to press the fingers into the dough, it wasn't as bubbly and airy as it should. I let it rest for 45min and it had risen and was very elastic. Do you think it can vary from flour to flour (and even yeast) and that I should have let it rest for a bit more? Otherwise, it was really amazing and crunchy on the outside, just not as light and airy on the inside as I'd like. Thank you again and cheers from Portugal!

Wow! Well done. I make a cast iron pizza and my dough recipe is identical to your focaccia recipe, but yours has WAY more delicious olive oil. I'ma make it tonight! Thanks for sharing!
