    Any of y’all out there tht like acidity with the sour, we on Guam do this but we cut it with vinegar (or lemon powder) & season with pepper, Ajinomoto, black pepper, garlic & onion powder. It’s bomb, try it! (Also do pickled eggs this way, ratio for soy sauce & vinegar is 2:1)

    Can this be used long term? Also, does it need a special canning process? This sounds so tasty. If I added chilies to it would it take away the spice, enhance it, or keep it as is? In your experiments, do any vegetables lose their crunch at all?
