Hey joelle! Have you tried eggs IN your Aga? We have one here in England and I often do eggs straight on the hotplate – a bit of greaseproof paper of bake-o-glide straight on the simmerplate, eggs on top, put the lid down, and I have soft poahced/fried eggs in moments. you can get about four in one go. Alternatively, I boil eggs in the slow (simmering) oven in their shells – an hour gives me a hard-boiled egg.
