Oh wow! My mom used something similar, but without the Korean seasonings. She used put vegetables like carrots, cabbage, whatever she had in the frig. She made it alittle more saucy than yours and she always served it with mashed potatoes.

My son in law is Korean and I have been learning how to cook different kinds of Asian foods. I have made this the way you did without the red peppers, we are not a pepper type people, and it is delicious. It needs a side of kimchee. Keep up the great recipes.
