I put a 3 pound brisket in the slow cooker last night. Set it for 10 hours on low. Was ready this morning around 10:00 am The brisket was nice and tender but for my taste was too spicy. Next time I'll make the rub without the cayenne pepper and the ancho chili powder. If you like it spicy go ahead and added to the rub, you will love it. Coop Can Cook, thanks for this recipe and thanks for making my life in the kitchen much easier.

I just had my brisket with your instructions but with my rub. It was much easier and as tasty as I've ever had. I found your channel by accident. I liked how you noticed your mistake, made the correction, and lets us know how you fixed it. I liked that. Imperfection is not failure. You have a new subscriber.

Hi. I tried the brisket for Christmas Dinner. My family and I loved it. I forgot to wrap the brisket with the aluminum foil at the end, so the top of it was tuff. Thank you so much. Will do again. This time with the aluminum foil.

Thanks for the help. My wife usually handles this stuff. However, she's out with the kids doing some last minute shopping. She asked me to put the brisket in the crockpot. From there, she said surprise us….I think she's testing me.

I just did my beef brisket according to the video – used the homemade recipe for the rub -had to substitute a jalapeño seasoning for the chilli seasoning which I didn't have. I cannot truthfully say how good my house smelled for 12 hrs, or how incredibly good the meat turned our -Thank you, Thank you and Thank you again!Awesome and so ez a recipe!😉

Wow! That looked so nice and juicy, when it was done. I've always been intimidated by making brisket (scared it would get too dry), but I'mma go the local meats store and pick up some, and try it! Thank you Coop
