Okay. I have a file folder with quite a few of your recipes I've printed out. I'm pulling at least two from this video if not more… Those two are the honey lemon chicken and the philly sandwiches… I've done similar things with burger, pepper and onion and beef broth/gravy but I've never put it on a toasted bun… It generally ends up over rice, with noodles, over a biscuit or potatoes but the bun idea, oh yeah… And the honey, soy and lemon just sounds really good…

One question, I'm a ketchup fanatic but I normally wouldn't put it in a philly type of sandwich, etc., does it add something…? All the other ingredients make perfect sense to me, onion, pepper, provolone, worcestershire… Just curious…

I love tortellini and just cooked with it last week. I'd just say that even frozen (which mine was) this is a quick cooking pasta. You get the water boiling and it is 2 to 3 minutes tops. If adding or cooking further in a sauce or soup, I pull it from the boiling water at about 1 to 1.5 minutes. I then put it into the sauce and cook it with the sauce no more than a minute (I like a bit al dente) or to just mix through as Julia did here.

I myself pull the tortellini hot right from the boiling water with a slotted spoon which drains it and put it in the sauce as the last ingredient. It pulls a few drops with (was wet) of pasta water binding the sauce. It's great with spaghetti sauce too. Yum.

Hi, Julia. Once again, this video was fantastic! Often I think of a recipe and remember that you featured it in one of your videos. Is there any way to find out which recipes are in which video, short of watching them all over? Have a wonderful week!
