Thank you Dr Berg for a much learning interesting video!!! May I ask a question please? Having Colon Cancer with liver mets I have started a OMAD and have worked up to a 3 day Intermittent Fasting to try and starve my cancer of sugar glucose etc!!! But recently I have had unbearable pain where I thought I had to go to the hospital but luckily with pain relief it went away, but after am still getting pain on and off!!! Can you please let me know is there something am doing wrong? Are what is the best strategy. I also take all important vitamins and have no problems taken them. Your advice given will be greatly appreciate. I have had 29 chemos and stopped Chemo for one month but HSBC’s decided to go back for another chemo to help with pain. Last question can I take electric lights power that I ordered from you website to improve. Again Dr Beth thank you so much. I desperately need advice on this. God Bless. ❤️

I have been listening your video for a long time . First, many thanks for your videos. It’s really helpful for me (before I basically have no concepts about food). I do remember once you have mentioned that why Asian people are eating lots rice but they are slim or something. I think compare US and Asia the main difference is processed food. I’m Chinese but living in England. (Just my personal experience) .

Hi Dr. Berg! Do you have advice for a 13yo who started 2 meals a day healthy keto on May 22nd, (ate lots of greens, fat, and moderate protien) but got food poisoning & developed SIBO? She started carnivore 8/11/22 along with OMAD, but is experiencing a lot of nutritional defiences and we belive her insulin is too high because her acne, bad breath, freq. Urination, and more is coming back. Should she prolonged fast? Take supplements? How can she lower the protein she consumes meanwhile maintaining calories/her weight? I'm sorry for the hassle, but we appreciate what you and your team does! Have a wonderful weekend, & I hope to hear from you : )

I'm on intermittent fasting, I am 73 years old. I stop eating at 7pm but I eat everything during my eating hours. I have lost weight but I feel my weight loss is slow. What kind of diet do you suggest?

Hello, Dr Berg I'm so glad to informed you that after watching the first video I came across in YouTube about Sea Kelp has changed my life. I used to have a severe period pain which words cannot describe and I was sure that one day it will kill as none of the Gynaecologist able to find the root cause. I'm so glad beyond words and I can't believe.

I wished if Dr Berg answered the lady from India her initial question when she asked his opinion what to suggest for protein sources since Indians in general do not eat meat? He focused on taking out sugar from the diet BUT he did not give substitute to animal protein.

I'm sorry Dr Berg but you're wrong, a low carb diet to almost nothing, and to much fat can cause your liver to work hard causing high cholesterol and fatigue so even working out would make the body stressed, it's dangerous to the body

Lots of toothpaste brands are touting “demineralization” of teeth. Please address this topic; whether it can be done topically or if food/supplements are more effective.
