I made coleslaw for dinner! I love coleslaw, mine is identical except I didn’t use celery salt. Great tip! And since we are into fall now cabbage is cheap and goes a long way. I usually chop with a knife but used my food processor today, wow that was quick and easy! Super nutritious too.

Hey Joe, been watching your videos for awhile now, and I guess I've always been wondering: why did you choose to go keto/is it sustainable for a long-term lifestyle? I've always thought that keto sounds great for weight loss, but not super sustainable long-term.

I love coleslaw – just had some last night. The added carrot and broccoli slaw is visually appealing thanks for the idea. I make my dressing with half mayo and half sour cream, add 1 tsp or so of lemon juice and one or two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.. Then sweeten it up a little.

This is great. Sheltered in Place in Washington with some broccoli 🥦 I could shred myself and 2 heads of cabbage 🥬 I will probably eliminate the carrot because of my carb limitations with my pancreatic disease, but you continue to give me so many great options for my severe diet. THANK YOU DUFF 😊

Oh no, not a CARROT! 😱
You just triggered the KETO Purists! This is a good recipe! I use one similar only mine has apple cider vinegar. & I mix up my dressing in a bowl first before dumping it on. But that's just a personal preference. Your way uses less dishes!
