Unfortunately, this looks like it would take me 7 hours to make. I’ll just stick to my moms Indian food 😋
I think for the turmeric powder what you can do to get that strong flavor instantly is to put it directly into hot oil, got this tip from Priya's Aloo gobhi recipe.
Soy is my favourite chicken alternative! 🙂 And so I'm going to try this Large Soy Chunks! 😉
Like so many of your followers I love you recipes we have your red lentil curry at least once a month the best thing about your recipes is the authenticity and that is what makes them taste so great and yummy….. you explain everything so clearly and thoroughly even the most inexperienced cook can follow keep up sharing we are all loving you 😍😋
Gosh, I am so thankful that youtube proposed your video to me, so that I now have an Indian goddess (please do not feel offended) showing me how to cook vegan Indian food ❤️
Lately i thought that I've lost my sense of smell after covid. It turned out that I just needed better spices in my life. Your recepies are savers. Really. Not only I can eat something flavorful I also get to save a lot of money on Indian takeouts 😂
if I ever went back to meat, chicken Tikka every day, it was that good. That and salmon, shwarma, and beef patties (Jamaican style). I have so much tofu at home I need to use so I want to try this recipe.
Lovely😍😍I’m out getting all the ingredients right now❤️❤️❤️❤️ Nisha and Max are such a cute couple❤️❤️
Wow that is high praise! Even though it is a lot of ingredients, I’m convinced its worth it. You make the tastiest recipes. Ive only made two of them (red lentil curry and the gremolata that I now put on EVERYTHING) so far but they never disappoint. Thank you for sharing them with us! Please keep it up!
Looks fantastic!
Made this tonight!! Unbelievable!! Maybe the best dish I've ever assembled haha! Thanks for this amazing recipe! 👏 😁😁
I was with you till you added ‘soap suds/cilantro 🤢🤢…will substitute parsley 🌿
Oh yum! I love all your recipes and I especially love Indian food. I will be making this for my parents (and for me and my husband). My dad is from India and I can't wait to see his reaction.
Can’t wait to try this!!
Thank you.

Oven mitts if you have what we call "baby hands" 😜
This looks amazing!!
Less boyfriend more of you ☺️

I hate tofu
I am just like your boyfriend; i will eat Indian food whenever I can! I’m actually eating Bombay potatoes with cauliflower rice while I’m watching this! 😍
OK, I think I'm taking Max's advice and getting the ingredients that I don't have, and making this. Question: is there any legit way to employ all that remaining tofu marinade left behind?
<dying> looks so a w e s o m e ! thank you!
Your masala dabba is beautiful! 😍😍
Looks delish. One of my favs too, so I'll have to try this.
Both of your reaction for the yogurt bit was super cute 🥰 especially Nisha
She is an amazing cook,
I didn’t know Wonder Woman needed to meal prep.
Been cooking a version similar to this for years, but tofu chunks as opposed to cubes and the charring makes it even better! 😀
MAX! Come on man, why would you order take out when you've got an excellent chef cooking on point Indian food at home?!?
Love this! I make it literally the same way! I've found adding a tiny sprinkle of Nutri Yeast helps too. You've convinced me to finally get a tofu press.
😄 Looks delicious. You two are funny!
I love cooking indian food. I am a baby mouth an extreme baby mouth! But making it at home I can turn down the heat and enjoy what everyone else can buy out.
Is there any way you can include recipes that aren’t tofu? I can’t eat it and would love to see other substitutes. 🙏❤️
Looks good and I'm sure it's great because all of the dishes I've made from your blog are spectacular… Can't wait to make it!
Interesting fact for you, the seeds in a chilli isn't where the heat comes from. It's the chilli itself. So taking out the seeds does nothing 😂
We have loved every single recipe from you, and that is coming from one of your “baby mouth” fans! Definitely trying this tomorrow, looks amazing, Thank you!
Looks incredibly …interesting.
If i ever find the 2 kg of spices needed i may give this a try 😁
That used to be my favorite thing I haven’t made a vegan version!
I'm allergic to soy… what could I replace the tofu with? Can't wait to try!
What a delicious recipe! Thank you! ❤
You are adorable! I’m so excited to try this❤️
I have been WAITING for you to make a video for this recipe!!! Thank you. Can't wait to try it.
Oh wow! This looks incredible! I so need to try this 🙏 I love your curries!!
