New subscriber here since I watched your collaboration with Kristin from Six Sisters Stuff. I am also a mom of 8 and can’t wait to try your recipes! Great ideas here! I’m relaxing at home for Memorial Day and plan to binge watch your videos😀
PS. Your breading recipe looks much like the one I use, but I’ve not tried the cornstarch step. Will do that next time! I dip mine in buttermilk before breading. Can’t wait to try the coconut milk and pickle juice. I also add parmesan cheese and crushed ritz crackers to the cornflakes and spices. It works great on tilapia fillets, chicken tenders and even tofu! I make the breading in bulk and keep it in the fridge for about a month. The chicken and fish also freeze well once breaded…freeze on a cookie sheet until frozen and the put in ziploc bags and cook frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.

Kathy, got a question for you. Seems like your air fryers all have a basket. My air fryer has racks like a small oven. Do you have one like mine and what’s your opinion on the rack style air fryer?

Hiya all the way from Sweden and thanks for amazing content on the air fryer! My Cosori just arrived the other day (from Germany) and I'm super excited to start using it! I was wondering though if you could do a video on how you deep clean your oil sprayer? Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Another great video Kathy. I’ve only just discovered popcorn chicken. Here in the UK the supermarket ones are called chicken poppers! They are tasty but just a little thick. Who would of ever thought of cornflakes. I will definitely try this one. Thank you.

I want a version with gluten. I don't have Celiac disease. My mom did though. It was a pain. Thankfully it became a health trend for some reason. Those with celiac disease had a difficult time in the 80s, 90s, early 2000s until the alternative medicine scene started making claims about how bad it is. Whatever, they have my mom more variety of foods to eat. Now she's in hospice with cancer so she's smoking and eating whatever.

Lol. U were right. So what I did was brush on a very small amount of coconut oil on one side then when I turned them over on the other side. Boy they were delicious. I only breaded them once too. Thanks do much. My dog and I loved them.

    PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is no such thing as "Coconut Milk".
Milk comes the the mammary glands of mammals.
Last time I looked there were no breasts, udders, teats, etc. on a coconut tree or the coconut itself.
You should enlighten people and not perpetuate ignorance.
