Poké didn’t necessarily die down but rather the way its made in the mainland is that they’re doing it wrong. In Hawaii we never add that extra sides such as the wasabi, corn, fried onions, avocado, etc…The flavors are already mixed with the fish.

Angry Chickz in Hollywood (they have a ton more locations now) is definitely way better then Daves hot chicken and howlin rays as well. You get to skip the long lines and get sandwiches that taste about the same. Unfortunately chicken spots are popping ALL over.
