Hey y’all! I’m back with another vegan favorite of mine that I know y’all will enjoy. It’s a play on traditional beef stew but with none of the beef, all of the stew lol.

This was amazing! My picky husband even liked it! It was a little sour, so I think I added too much lemon juice, but over all it was an amazing stew recipe. I've only used Jackfruit as BBQ pulled pork, so this was a nice change. You are amazing! Can't wait to try some of your other recipes! Your Gumbo and Popeye's chicken sammie are top on the list! You Rock! Keep up the great vids!

This looks amazing!! Went to the recipe for all the ingredients – glad I watched the video though….. you didn't have the veg broth in the ingredients list. But I am making this tomorrow (gonna marinate my jackfruit tonight) and I cannot wait to try it. I'm also glad you threw in the info on Worcestershire sauce. When I went vegan 10 years ago I didn't know that there were anchovies in regular Worcestershire sauce! I found the same brand that you use – Annie's. You definitely have a new subscriber THANK YOU!!!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! What talent and creativity! I was a “Raw Vegan” while living in NYC for many years. I fell off the bandwagon and would like to be Vegan again (not raw). I found your videos and immediately prayed God would give you the desires of your heart. Britt, you are such an inspiration during this time! I appreciate you, Queen!
