In your ingredient list (in the description) you wrote dairy yogurt. Please delete this comment if you edit that 😉😘
Thanks, Chef! So great to give credit to those whom recipes you use. So many are not- it's just distasteful, wink. LOL!
Sumac! Dill seed! Learning something new is fun and tasty! Thank you 🥰
Oh, I am so excited I've found your channel!! I'm newly vegan, oil free and I don't use vinegar, soy nor nutritional yeast. I fully expected you to use vinegar and or nutritional yeast in this recipe. I also avoid salt and you gave a great replacement option! I'm so excited to try this. I would not use prepared mustard as it has vinegar in it. I'm going to just try dry mustard powder. Do you think that will work?🤞🏻
This is really good! Thank you Chef AJ!!
This is yummy but makes a lot. Would this freeze well?
Oh my word!! I too have been on a search for a healthy vegan Ranch dressing!! I can’t wait to try this!!! Thanks a million Chef AJ
🌱🕊❤️
Can this be frozen?
In the recipe you posted, it says dairy yogurt. Pretty sure you meant NON-dairy yogurt!
I find dill seed in the measure-your-own spice area at Sprouts.
I have been searching for a salad dressing to help me eat more greens. I've tried different recipes and no winner. So I was skeptical but I went for it. I couldn't find the dill seeds and used a sweet potato, because didn't have white one and omitted the dates. Must say it is yummy. 😋
It was so satisfying watching how perfect all that ranch filled up those 2 big jars. Looks so yummy 😋 your vegan neighbors are so blessed 😆 you're awesome!
Just made this recipe ( as printed). A very good dressing. However, I think it’s too sweet to call it Ranch. I think it would be wonderful in pasta/ potato salad or any recipe that calls for Mayo. It makes a lot! Thanks for sharing this recipe.😃
Lemon poppyseed recipe please!
Thx Aj 😘. Super delicious 👍
I was wondering, Chef AJ, have you ever tried making cream of wheat out of Buckwheat???
Hi Chef AJ, Do you have any pets food recipes please. A new viewer and loving it. I have lost 4kg, now hit a plateau and maybe almond milk tea may be the problem. Thank you
Wow this looks amazing! Hmmmmmmm. I don’t see the recipe though…
This turned out like a mustard dressing for me. A good mustard dressing. If you want it more ranch like I would cut the mustard.
Ranch dressing is my fav..I'll try it and let you know..I've made vegan ranch dressings and I didn't like them..I pray this is it.
I can’t wait to try it!
I made this today. Did not have Red Wine Vinegar – had to use Apple Cider Vinegar. I was afraid that I had ruined it. But to my surprise, it was delicious. You may have to tweak the Lemon juice for tartness, or the salt level to your preference. This is a winner!
Is the potato whole and unpeeled? Thanks for the recipe. Looking forward to trying it!
I don’t see the recipe?
I grow dill microgreens. Organic seeds. So I can use the seeds?
This looks delicious and I will make it as soon as I get some dill seed. Thanks so much for sharing! 😊

Dill weed is the dried "leaves" (very feathery looking) of the plant. Dill seed is the actual seeds produced by the flower clusters. Here in the midwest, both are easy to find in most grocery stores.
