Olive oil doesn’t have a high smoking point, so it shouldn’t be used for such dishes. You need sesame oil or peanut oil.

This is NOT thukpa… thukpa is Tibetan … this is more like an Indian curry soup … it probably tastes great but it really is no where near Thukpa… we don’t use jeera and coriander powered… it’s not curry!
And no you cannot add whatever veggies you like or whatever noodles you like and then call it thukpa
