RECIPE (2 servings, 20min prep time):
    -2 cloves garlic
-1 knob vegan butter (about 25g)
    -3 leeks
    -a pinch of chili flakes
Sauté the garlic and the chili flakes in the butter.
Then add the leek and stir fry on medium heat until soft and „jammy“ (about 10mins).
    -2 Tbsp soy sauce
    -1 Tbsp vinegar
    -1 Tbsp agave
    Stir it in.
    Cook 2 servings of pasta.
Add them to the pan with 1 cup (250ml) pasta water and a little more vegan butter.
Cook 2-3mins until it’s a silky smooth pasta.

Also, spaghetti is my favorite pasta. It tastes better than any other shapes. Not sure why. lol

Hot take spaghetti are a 5/10 pasta at best, they're just a floppy smooth stick while most other shapes have lots of nooks and crannies the sauce can fill making them way better at transporting it. Also, gnocci are superior to pasta in shape, texture, taste and cooking time anyways

I think I'm good with the leeks, garlic, chilli and butter creating the sauce. Not sure about the soy, vinegar and agave, but that's because I associate that with something more Asian, like with a bami noodle. Spaghetti is an awesome pasta shape but I love pasta regardless of the shape, as long as the quality is good lol 😂
