Oh, Jill! This looks amazing! I was going to make the chocolate pudding pie (which I've already made and enjoyed) for Christmas along with your Christmas cake but now I'm going to make this cake!!! And the sweet potato pie! I hope my non plant-based family members will have some or I will eat all of it😀And I'm making the fruit and seed crackers too now that I have the psyllium husk, and the cheese too. I made this and it was good except my cake texture was a bit gluey. It was definitely baked through so wondering if you had any thoughts. We tried it when it was still a bit warm. Maybe this was the problem?
