I think this is more like a roast beef sandwich because I Philly cheesesteak is meat that is stared in the pan with the onions and all that stuff and the peppers and mushrooms and then put on a hoagie roll

This looks dry and has bad flavour
Blasphemy thinly sliced ribeye sweet onion black pepper and wishtershire sauce light salt. Start with the hit ass pan and put your meat in brown it then take out then throw in onion when almost translucent mix in meat pepper and wishtershire sauce on high heat a few minutes to encorperate the flavors top with provolone and let it sit yo melt with the heat off
