Try using lemon or orange juice for the acid in place of vinegar, let the milk curdle and add some zest to the dry mix.

The best pancakes I ever ate! I make a big batch, dry the leftovers on a rack (so they wonโt stick together) and freeze them.

My pancake recipe is almost identical to this except I use brown sugar, buttermilk and add cinnamon. Everything else is the same

The recipe is really fluffy but i added even more sugar the what the he said and it was not sweet not even in the slightest, so if you want it sweet add 3/4 sugar instead of 1/4 and less salt.( in my option it made it better)
