I may give that a try. I ordered extra accessories for my InstaPot. Mainly wanted the glass lid for the slow cooking function. Amazon could not find my RV park yesterday! Grrrr

Thanks, Lydia! I also have the 3 qt pot I just got to carry in my rig. It has a cooktop but no oven so this will be perfect! I just bought the small springform pan at Michaels! Oooooo….I canโ€™t wait!

Looks yummy! Question, when you were out West & you made a cake, did you use cake mix or did you do a scratch recipe? I remember it looked beautiful as well! I am a new instant pot user so any recipes you can share would be lovely! Thank You!

I'm thinking about a bowl of chili with that cornbread. You can substitute chopped banana peels for ground meat. Just saute' the banana peels with chopped onion and garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper, and cumin. You can also add turmeric. For more recipes with banana peels, go to Chef Jana. P.S. I make cornbread to go with my soup, as it keeps me from eating too many tortilla chips, which are great, but have salt in them which makes my feet swell.

I've been waiting for this video. I like to use a jiffy mix because I don't make corn bread that often to use up the whole box. I think dry cornbread isn't worth it, so looking forward to trying it your way. Thanks Lidia.

No muss, no fuss , no mess. That looks excellent. I like mine on the sweeter side so I will try this without the cheese. I used to mix a box of jiffy cb along with its respective ingredients and the 1 cup Aunt Jemaima pancake mix with its ingredients and make pancakes at any time, served with smoked pork chops (ham). Those smoked chops would be a good protein for rv'ers cause it lasts longer than most meats, already portioned, flavored and only really needs to be heated. Thanks for sharing. Be well
