Let me tell you if you haven’t tried them you have to try them now! They are so easy to make, and so flavorful these are not uchepos, although very similar this are not it! My sister in laws mom gave me her recipe and the only difference is that she don’t add Maseca and she adds sugar! Those are delicious as well but just keep that in mind 😊♥️ I love you all 😘😘😘

We call these Uchepos in michoacan 😍 crema with some salsita Verde

Why don't you just put green chile strips in the middle of the tamales and add more cheese?? You don't have to make a separate salsa.
