I don't think I can have breadcrumbs on the Whole 30 diet, unless there's some that are Whole 30 approved if so what are they? We love meatloaf 😊

I don't understand how this is whole 30 compliant. We are not allowed to have Ketchup, or other condiments and such as dijon mustard. And brown sugar? That's definitely not Whole 30 to my knowledge… Can anyone shed some light on that for me?
