    Aldi has the bars like the fiber one that taste way way better especially if you love chocolate
    Also yasso ice creams are really good

    I love the pure protein choco/PB flavor bar. And I recently found the 2 good brand greek yogurt… little jealous because my store doesn't have blueberry.

    I'ma aware you on one of the holy grails of deserts. Keto Pint Salted Caramel ice cream bars. I do not do keto, but bruhhh, these are so good especially if you leave sit for like a min or two just to soften up. Damn near on point to regular ice cream bar but no sugar. I eat one every day at night. I have no idea how these did it especially as 99% of the keto desserts and even low sugar style or whatever ice creams are gross. I do like the skinny cow sandwich as well, but those Keto Pint bars took those over for me

    Do you track your daily sugar, or just watch protein, calories, and fat? Some of the protein bars and food that you make can really add up the sugar intake.

    I would rather have your recipes, but these are great ideas as well.
    Maybe do an eggplant parmigiana recipe and a fried shrimp but not fried…broccoli chips or veggie chip recipe as well…some type of chip replacement that is healthy.
    Always missing real chips. The popcorn is great, but……

    I have been watching you for a while. And I have a question I hope you see this and respond cause I could really use your help…

    I was hoping you can tell me what you would eat and how you would workout in my position.

    I work 7 days a week and I work nights. When I get off of work I keep my 3 year old daughter while my wife is work. And then try to get a few hours asleep. What would you do in my position to lose weight and eat healthy with such a crazy schedule? Please help I'm at the heaviest I've been 277 and I'm 37 years old.
