Tomato paste = Tomato purรฉe = Tin Tomatoes. Also the Tomato Purรฉe I used has a mixture of tomato, pepper and onion, so there was no need to add extra pepper. ๐Ÿ˜€

Yemisi this looks super yum and will be my lunch for tomorrow. I always thought hard chicken or turkey stock was the best for jollof but im looking forward to trying beef tomorrow

I always add little water to mine. But will try this. I have a question , what type of rice does a typical nigerian uses for his or her jollof rice. I want to know for a project am about to embark on.
Par boiled, jasmine or Basmati rice. โค

Hello Sisi Yemmie. I just had to drop my comment pertaining to the Fact that Jollof Rice made with Beef(Stock) tastes so much better than that made with chicken. I agree a 100%. The taste always comes out so rich and mind blowing.
Thank you so much for this value packed video ๐Ÿ™.
