    always add non fried onions in mutton marination because mutton takes times and this gives time to Onion also to get fry. if not done, barista will get burnt while cooking with Mutton

    Hey Kid great video!
    Just few things, it is not recommended to marinate mutton in papaya paste for more than 4 hrs.
    Also The Rice should be boiled only uptill 80%, i.e if you pinch the rice it should just get mashed.

    This is actually the most authentic biryani recipe I've seen on YouTube. Others make quick gravy biryanis or pulao in the name of biryani, but this is actually the authentic way to cook Hyderabadi biryani and would give best results. Just one suggestion, use saffron in luke warm milk for color instead of using synthetic food color.
