Apart from my countertop oven I use for baking and toasting this is my most used appliance do7.pl/instant In fact my Zojirushi rice cooker sits collecting dust now that I know how to make rice in this thing. I use it for cooking a package of brats for example no more guessing if the center is raw on the stove. 1.5 cups of water, brats, and 10 minutes and I know they'll be cooked! I also use it to cook brown rice in under 30 minutes where as before it took my Zojirushi around 2 hours to do. I'll also make things such as Rice+Veggies+Shrimp in the same pot and comes out great! I ended up getting the transparent lid and stickfree inner pot for rice. Not much to say than this device is super simple to use once you get used to it.Appliance of the gods!

Just bought my Instant Pot a few days ago. First I did some simple recipes like hard boiled eggs and yoghurt, just to familiarize with the pot. But today I tried your recipe and I must admit I was skeptical at the beginning. I enjoy trying foreign dishes, I myself being an european, but with this soup I wasn't sure. I never tried anything like this. I told myself that one time trying won't hurt, and I'm so glad I did! Honestly I was shocked how delicious this soup is! I followed every instruction you gave, and used every ingredient, I had the luck to find them all in an asian shop. It doesn't happen a lot for me to be extremely shocked about how good a dish can taste, but this was one of those moments! My boyfriend also loved it very much! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe with us! <3

I made this and we loved the taste! It was better than the restaurant! I drove my husband crazy going to the Asian market for mushrooms and we were able to find Enoki and Shitakes and it was just fine. Do the wood ear mushrooms make any difference? We would also love to know what you use for Wonton Soup also. I learned how to make wontons and crave this soup! Any Chinese or Thai recipes would be so appreciated. At this time we are doing take out but I’d love to make more at home! Thanks Lisa, I have to say I have learned so much from you and tell everyone to subscribe! We live in Phoenix so we share the desert heat!😃. Keep on filming my friend!

I made this today! It tastes delicious! Will make it again but maybe with shitakes instead of all the other mushrooms. My family loves it! I follow you religiously for all my instant pot cooking!

I LOVE hot & sour soup, but I have to watch my sodium intake. Otherwise this looks so healthy! Can you tell me the sodium content per serving, and serving size please? Or can you offer alternatives for some of the higher sodium ingredients? Thank you!

I tried it, followed the recipe more or less and it was the bomb! Didn’t have the white pepper so u used black pepper instead and it still works 😉 – thanks for this recipe and the tips on your website👍🏻

Oh I love hot and sour soup and can't wait to try this. And now I am so glad to finally know what those brown strips are they're wood ear mushrooms. I've racked my brain for years trying to figure out what those are. Yes you can go ahead and laugh at me the silly non-asian person now. 🤣 I'm really shocked that the Spice in it comes from white pepper. I absolutely cannot stand the taste of black pepper so I've never tried white pepper. I'm debating whether or not I can trust you LOL. Cuz I'm really thinking Sriracha or something. 😁

That dish does sound good, but most people like myself would have to go shopping at the local supermarket and Asian market if they have one in their region. We don't have one here in my area since we don't have that many Asian people who would shop there.
