Wow. She said "like" 41 times and "kind of" and "sort of" a bunch, too. I think they call that filleritis. The pizzas look great. I might try making the margherita pizza, but with slices of Roma tomato and mushroom added, the way they used to do it at the Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in Downtown Disney. Yum!

This looks awesome! I just got two questions:

    1. Do you do the 24hr ferment in the fridge or room temp?

    2. What type of pepperoni do you use and where can I get it? (or some decent readily available brand, because I have yet to find good pepperoni anywhere)

Would grown up Video stars and hosts stop using 'like' as a filler pause, Please. I was intrigued in the recipe until I found myself counting how many times she was saying, "Like." Sounds immature coming from an apparently educated adult.

I'm sorry but this Bianca looks dry as hell. Olive oil does not soften anything, it fries the crust in the oven. BUT here's an option: pour some heavy cream (not even sauceπŸ˜‰) followed by grated parmezan and shredded mozzarella. It all combines beautifully!
