Doesnβt the pie pastry get a soggy bottom?
I made it today and itβs delicious! Instead of 1 pie, I made 5 smaller ones using larger size ramekins and I use puff pastry instead of home made pie crust. Instead of heavy cream, I used carnation evaporated whole milk. Cut the butter in half and replace the half with olive oil. Came out delicious. Will make this again! Next time Iβll make the crust using your recipe. Thank you so much for sharing β€οΈ
