Brilliant! Napoleons are my daughter’s favourite dessert. The bakery where we buy them has recently closed due to retirement. This is an easy replication for me to make for her birthday each year in December. Thank you!

This looks SO good. I might make it rather than the apple pie I was planning.😉 Your recipes are straightforward and the food used is always wholesome. I was going to make your delish moussaka and spanakopita for Christmas dinner but my boys requested your lamb shanks and I'm happy to make bc we all love them! All your recipes are wonderful! Thank you so much, Dimitra.

@DimitrasDushes this looks AMAZING!!!!! And soooo easy even I can do it!!! Thanks for this video💜💜💜. I do have a couple questions though…..about how long will the puff pastry stay crunchy after you put this all together? Does it do well waiting for a couple hours in the fridge or should it be made and consumed ASAP? I have some pure vanilla I made with Bourbon and it has such a rich flavor, I’ll bet that slight Bourbon flavor in the whipped cream would be yummy…… Thanks for any info you can share…….
