Hey Tom! Gotta love this idea of a rust proof griddle in a pellet grill. 👍 The only thing is that Stainless is so expensive and I worry
about the choice of grade and thickness in an effort to keep the price down. !0 gauge is only a heavy 1/8 inch thick and 301
can corrode over time unlike the more expensive 304 grade. I hope to see many Vids and You pushing it to it's limits to see how
it does hold up over time. And if it does…….SmokeDaddy will sell thousands of these! Metal On! 🔥/
