I'm 80 a great-grandmother just beginning a starch-based diet and you have great recipe ideas and I'm really enjoying seeing what you accomplish in your tiny kitchen. As far as kneading bread doughs I have always enjoyed kneading my hand and always got a great bread by slapping that dough hard and kneading my fist into it, folding turning and doing the same thing again a lot, good exercise also. Your dogs are so cute and so in your cat. I like the way you include them. Where can I find the mat you used? You just keep doing what you do the way you have discovered works for you and forget the negative comments. The positive ones I am sure my dear, will far and away be there for you to enjoy.

Genius! I love the way you talk and work. Makes more sense to me than a recipe. Nice to have recipes but I cook like you do. I am binge watching your videos so better stop and go to bed. It's almost 2 in the morning. Thanks so much for this and for showing some gluten free. Time for pizza. Yay!

Yeast typically activated best at around 38 Celsius 🙂 not sure what that is in Fahrenheit. Also adding a little bit of sugar helps but it looks like your dough turned out fine!

so happy you made this video, I saw this pizza dough in the store about a week ago but I didn't buy it because you have to mix egg and oil to it and I had no idea how to substitute those ingredients.

thanks, i just started being vegan about a week ago and I love all your recipes and I am feeling great even though I haven't lost any weight. I have to 60 pounds to loose after having 3 children.

    Why avoid the oil ?
The message that is actually important is that certain types of oil are unhealthy: GMO corn, soy, canola, sunflower (high in omega 6- very inflammatory).
So it's really harmful to avoid all types of oils just because you think fat is unhealthy. Olive oil, grape seed oil, coconut oil are all good oils to use, we need fats for our body to function properly.
Please stop with this negativity towards oils and claiming that you know anything about nutrition 🙂
