    I’m trying to lose weight and am following a high protein low calorie way of eating. My local gym won’t be open for 2 weeks, but I wanted to know if you think that I should eat 6 small meals throughout the day?

    The produce in the stores is terrible. I have been using more frozen veggies and steaming them because the fresh is not so fresh anymore. Lol.

    Oh thank you for explaining all this. Keto and IF hasn’t worked for me in awhile especially since hitting menopause. It was suggested for me to go paleo since my hormones are all over the place and not fast at all since its so hard on our hormones. I think my metabolism is also out of whack from keto and IF. I would love to see a meal plan to get an idea of what u do. You have been doing phenomenal and it shows. You glow. And you can see every video your losing weight and getting healthier. 💪🏼💪🏼

    I did better back when I did a program where I ate every 2-3 hours. My issue is I need to find the proper proportion and balance because that was a prepackaged plan which I don’t want to do again. Not healthy and pricy. My doc says she will refer me to a registered dietician to try and find a properly formulated diet plan. I’ve considered an on line person but they tend to be too pricy for me.

    Calorie counting is the only way I was able to lose 35lb (some of it baby weight) Knowing I'm in a calorie deficit feels empowering and im able to have cheat meal once a week 🙂

    Many, many years ago this is how the weight watchers plan was set up. You had an amount of protein, veggie, carbs, fruit and water a day. This works!! How anyone can count "points" for the rest of their life is beyond me seems ridiculous.
