Mog people, of they can afford a small bottle of avocado oil, keep it for precious topical use on salads and breads. No wonder avocados are fast becoming an unsustainable crop, due to people like you using them so profligately.

    Great video thanks. I don't know if it's already been pointed out but slowly lowering the falafel balls into the oil with your spider (I think you called it a skimmer) is much safer and will prevent splash burns from the hot oil. I'll be trying this recipe tonight. Thanks again,
