    This looked so good and I wanted it to work out!! When I made it, it was way too spicy and it tasted like hot sauce. My ninja blender didnโ€™t emulsify it. I think you may need a vita-mix for this sauce. Also, maybe devein and take the some seeds out of your peppers. I followed the recipe and my family couldnโ€™t handle the heat.

    This looks really delicious. Gonna try to make them for dinner tonight! Aren't these more like entomatadas though and not enchiladas? I remember my abuelita telling me that the difference is that entomatadas use tomatoes and enchiladas do not.

    This dish would have been perfect..except it came out too salty.. my fault..I know better..should have added less than called for and seasoned while sauce was simmering. I only had coarse sea salt on hand. I squeezed 1/2 of line which helped a bit. Now, I know better for next time!
