Hay una variante de esa receta vasca muy interesante con los champiñones, coger setas más silvestres, dos dados de mantequilla gruesos, vino tinto atemperado y un poquito de perejil. Seguro que os gusta un montón, si lo hacéis a la brasa despacio en una barbacoa muchísimo mejor, le da un toque más rustico. Unas pocas lascas de ajo le irían super bien, acompañado de un queso curado es ideal para ir de senderismo y si tienes mucha hambre, con un buen pan de pueblo. Esa misma receta con Ossobuco quedaría… buff super rica (pero lleva más tiempo y un poquito más exigente, lo importante es el vino que sea de base concentrada). Adorables, sois un encanto 😻💖

Y'all, I have some vegetarian friends that are going to be so happy the next time they drop by for a dinner party! And it looks so elegant! Btw, if the pups are scared of thunderstorms, don't know if you've tried a thundershirt? My parents had a dog whose anxiety during storms was helped greatly by one.
