I finally tried these. I wish they were crispy. And I definitely recommend the 2tsp of cayenne. I’m not a big spice lover but 1tsp wasn’t even spicy at all. The inside was moist but not sure I’d make again.

I've never had the Wendy's spicy nuggets so I can't compare but, girl, these were scrumptious! I had to make a few changes because of what I had on hand, like I used home-ground turkey instead of chicken, but I don't think my changes did any kind of disservice to this recipe. I also used 1/2 almond flour and half crushed pork rinds and that worked out fine. I dunked them in homemade ranch dressing, homemade keto ketchup and purchased cocktail sauce. All were yumsky!! This one is going in my recipe collection and will be made often. Thank you! Love your presentations and you're so cute!
