Me and my daughter's mother separated. She also has 2 daughters from a previous relationship. Whenever they come over, we cook new things all the time for lunch. Now that its summer, we bbq a lot and I'm showing the oldest how to grill. These skills definitely will come in handy one day. Nowadays, women don't know how to cook and thts terrible. No one teaches them so it's not their fault. Definitely trying this recipe Sunday. Had it saved on my history bc this looks sooooo good! How long do U let it sit?
Once a week we enjoy this, thanks. I grill it on the weber with some cherry wood smoke. Put the burn on the skins and fire the other side, slide them to the outer edge of the coals, meaty side up and towards the heat and put the lid on for about 40 minutes with the vents opened half way. 155 f. I pull them and let set for 15 min.

Great recipe, I’ve used it about 3 times now I add barbecue seasoning instead of the Italian for person pref. I play out the measurement instead of looking at the description because her accent is really cute. Thank you for the great recipe.

Just mixed this up but I didn't have lemon juice so I had to substitute pineapple juice. I also forgot to poke holes in the chicken! 🤦🏼♀️ Whoops! It has six hours to sit in the fridge and marinate so fingers crossed. 🤞🤞🙂

Just made this last night, Both a chicken quarter and breast. Both were delicious, but the dark meat was phenomonal! My filipino mom does a similar recipe for pork chops, so gonna try this with pork too.
