    For those wondering the ingredients are

    2 cups of water 💧
    2 bars of abuelita chocolate 🍫 or any bar of chocolate you can find i just put the one she used
    1 cinnamon stick (break in half)
    1 Piloncillo
    1/2 gallon regular milk
    2 cans of evaporated milk
    2 tablespoons of corn starch
    4 Maria Cookies

    1. Add water, 2 chocolate bars and 1 cinnamon stick broken in half and cover. Let boil for 15 minutes.

    2. Once chocolate is melted give a quick mix and its ready for the milk.

    3. Add 1/2 gallon of milk with 1 can of evaporated milk to chocolate mix and stir.

    4. Add second can of evaporated milk to blender with 2 tablespoons of corn starch and 4 maria cookies. And blend.

    5. Once you see chocolate mix rise. Slowly add blended mix .

    6. Use wooden tool (molineo) to froth and make sure you scrape edges and bottom so it won't burn.

    7. Once it starts boiling and rising it means its done. Turn off let cool a little add enjoy.
