    RECIPE:

    CHICKEN MARINADE:

    500g chicken

    1 tbsp garlic paste

    1 tbsp ginger paste

    1 tbsp kasmiri chili powder

    1 tsp salt

    BUTTER CHICKEN SPICES:

    3-4 tbsp sugar

    1 tbsp kashmiri chili powder

    1 tsp kasoori methi / fenugreek powder

    1 tsp garam masala

    BUTTER CHICKEN SAUCE:

    500g tomatoes

    100g onion

    100g carrot

    20g garlic cloves

    60g cashews unsalted

    60g butter

    1-2 tbsp Ghee

    1 tbsp garlic paste

    Crack of pepper & salt to taste

    METHOD:

    1. Cut chicken up into bite-size pieces

    2. Appease the cat gods

    3. Season chicken with marinade & put in fridge

    4. Cut up veges

    5. Cook onion, garlic & carrot in butter & ghee until soft

    6. Add tomatoes, cashews & spices (optional: add 1 tbsp vinegar)

    7. Simmer for 20+ minutes until soft

    8. Let cool and then blend into a sauce

    9. Reheat pot with some oil, ghee and/or butter

    10. Cook chicken until safe to consume

    11. Strain sauce in, stir in some cream and simmer for 5 minutes

    I did a double take when I saw the title and then saw your channel. As it happens, I love butter chicken. Looks awesome but surely there’s a simpler way. There must be a way to program a Pinescript indicator to alert you when the chicken is cooked?

    I usually click on some random recipies on youtube.

    But I was very surprised once I saw it has only 42 views.

    Then I noticed ok it was released probably just moments ago.

    And then I noticed am on the "The Art of Trading" channel LOL 😀
