Hello Leslie! I love your videos! I also love that red mixing bowl you are using. May I ask where you got that at? I would love to find one like it. Thank you for taking time out of your day for us. I sure do appreciate you!

Hey Leslie! Can't wait to make it. My daughter and I are the only ones in my household that love broccoli. My husband and son have texture issues with certain foods and cooked broccoli is one of those. My family is loving the "new" side items and desserts they've been having lately. And it's all thanks to you. 😁 Hope you have a blessed week. ❤️

Leslie, I would love to share with you a very helpful trick that I learned when it comes to crushing Ritz crackers for a casserole. Stand the package on it's end. Keep one hand around the middle so it doesn't pop open before you are ready. Press down from the top as hard as you can then flip it and push down from the other end. This crushes the crackers perfectly without all the work. Then just open the pack and dump it out. Also, I have learned to go ahead and add my butter if the recipe calls for butter on top of the crackers. Just put the crackers and melted butter in a small bowl and stir well. This makes it easier to spread on top and gets the butter evenly distributed. I make a lot of casseroles that call for Ritz and I couldn't believe how much easier it was to do it this way. By the way, I love watching your videos.

Leslie, I make this exact casserole and add cubed chicken to it for a complete meal. I have also went a step further and added 2 cups of cooked rice to this with the chicken and an extra cup of cheese. The last version is my favorite. It is SO good.

This is the recipe for broccoli 🥦 casserole that I have used for 40 years. The only differences are the 🧀 cheese. I use Velvetta in a box. My son makes a 🥦 ,rice and 🧀 casserole. It is good too. Also I pour the melted butter on the crackers and stir. Then put on the top. Thanks for all the sharing you do.

Leslie, I hope you had a great Mother's Day.
My family loves Broccoli casserole. We usually make it with Velveeta cheese & sour cream. This one sounds yummy, so I'll have to try it.
Your allergies seem to be better,
    you're looking so good.

Broccoli Casserole is pure comfort food. We have it every family gathering. Our version is so simple–just four ingredients:

2 packages (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli

    8 Tbsp butter, divided

    8 oz. Velveeta, cubed

    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

    2. Cook broccoli according to package directions.

    3. Drain liquid from the broccoli and transfer to a greased 9×9-inch casserole dish.

    4. Cut 4 Tbsp of butter in cubes.

    5. Dot broccoli with cubed butter and cheese.

    6. Melt remaining butter.

    7. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and cover broccoli mixture.

    8. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

This is the one I remember so yummy! The one my family does all the time now probably cause it's easier, is put the broccoli in a buttered dish cover it with thick ( about 2 inch) slices of Velveeta cheese and then mix melted butter and crushed Ritz and top it, bake it and yum!!

I would love to say that looks great but I’m sorry I can’t stand the taste of broccoli. I have tried it all different ways and still can’t do it. But thank you for your video.
