Thx Chef! You make living this lifestyle so easy. I told God, I could do this if I knew how to cook; you have made it easy for me. Can't wait to make this. So simply, quick, and the right way to eat.

This is the stuff of my nightmares. I can't stand mushrooms. Somebody asks me over and they're so proud and happy that they found an ultra low fat vegan dish so I can eat it. And it's this. With pickled beets and English peas (Can't eat either of those. Beets taste like dirt and peas actually make me sick.) with TONS of that vile nutritional yeast on top) for a salady side dish. Oh, dear, everloving Juno! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Moral of the story: please ask people you're having over about likes and dislikes and if they have favorite recipes, OK?

I've also not been able to find the muir glen salt free fire roasted tomatoes anywhere, except online for very high prices. Hopefully that gets resolved soon. Thanks for all you do!

You've said it's faster to start with hot water. I want to warn people – I've heard it's a bad idea to cook with hot water directly out of you sink because it's more likely to have lead in it, than cold water. I don't know if this is really true, or if it's just a myth, but I've heard that if there is any lead in your pipes, (which there supposedly is in old buildings,) that it dissolves a lot more easily in hot water, so you should never drink hot water from a tap. I have no idea if it's true or not, but something to be aware of.

    Question?

Awesomeness thank you AJ. Do you have by any chance a suggestion for an alternative to Bensons seasoning mentioned in the parmesan? Here in the UK you can get it but it's RIDICULOUSLY expensive like ……. £45 a 3oz bottle. I even saw it for over £100 for a 3oz bottle! It's just a seasoning so why on earth it costs an arm and a leg. Only x3 places online I can get it in the UK too.

Anyways if you have a brain wave let me know. I can see AJ bringing out her own version to the market for us peasants to purchase on peasant salaries! 🥰

I had never thought of a Beanless chili’s! This will be a great recipe to use in our upcoming Roadtrek rally as a option to top baked potatoes when we do our potato bar. I was going to make chili and then have ground beef for people to add the ground beef but now I can make the chili and have the option of adding ground beef and or beans! Thanks AJ this will be super super easy to make at the rally!
